Hi joaocometodas1, welcome to Ten Forums. I did locate a potential solution for your question. Please understand I have not tried this fix and I'm not certain if it will be valid for your version of Windows 10.
Check post #44 in this thread.
How to get rid of the line under the taskbar icons ?
After reading the end of the thread I posted in the link above, I doubt that solution will remove the bar.
One person suggested if the lines were not to your satisfaction, you could auto-hide the taskbar, that sounds much easier.
Turn On or Off Auto-hide Taskbar in Desktop Mode in Windows 10
I haven't found anything suggesting it could increase the line yet either, sorry.

This app allows some customization of start menu and taskbar items. I have not tried it and don't know if it is compatible with the version of Windows 10 you're using. I believe the download is a paid app and the download is only valid as a trial.

This was written some time ago...The problem is with the settings on your monitor/TV. It's cutting off a few pixels at the bottom of the screen. To fix it, find the auto-adjust setting under the picture menu on your monitor/TV settings and run it while your PC screen is displayed. This should fix the problem by adjusting the screen so all pixels are visible. Hope this helps someone.
