    Okay, that makes sense.
So, ultimately, you can't have an Explorer right click context menu entry when you jump from one machine to another; that's a given.

Do you have right click entries on your base machine? I do...

I know that I can't have that entry on every PC by just copy that folder into that PC, I don't want to add and install another software on PCs. I need a simple registry hack (if there is) to add just an entry instead of installing software (like "Notepad++" portable version).

As I see you have full version installed on your PC, the "Lite" version entry icon is different (I like "Lite" version icon more than new one with RGB colors!). "Lite" version entry icon is a light blue film strip with an "i" glyph on it as you can see on SS below (it's my main PC right click entry that "MediaInfo" appears just by right click on "JPG" file formats!)

I think it would be quicker to just launch the app from the thumb drive on every machine you go to, and drag the items onto it.

(Mines portable, btw, just a re-pack)

I think your solution is more time wasting because I have to:
1- Copy (MediaInfo Lite) folder to PCs
2- Make a shortcut of "MediaInfo.exe" on every PC's desktop
3- When I want check a video or photo that are on a maximized open window, I have to resize the window or minimize it
4- Double click on "MediaInfo.exe" shortcut or main "MediaInfo" file
5- Drag then drop video or photo onto the "MediaInfo" window

    ...

    BTW thanks for your suggestion.

Nonsense! Just drag n drop items onto the UI from the thumb drive.

    K, I didn't expect this!!!

It left a dead right click menu entry after the thumb drive was gone,
become functional again when the thumb drive was plugged back in...

I used to have MediaInfo installed but now it's built into PotPlayer which I use.

Although it's not what the OP wants - maybe consider running PotPlayer portable from a thumb drive. It would require the file to be opened to get MediaInfo though then it's Ctrl+F1 to see the results.
