transparent taskbar, etc....

How do I get a transparent task bar? Do i have to download and / or install aeroglass and will it work on my current version?

And if so, will it still work if I go to a high contrast theme?

Thanks. Where do you find the latest aeroglass? I followed the first link you posted and then went looking for Aeroglass and not only got a message saying that the European website was not available but that it only worked up through some build dated to 2015.
