Black bar along notification window

    Black bar along notification window


    Does anyone know how to get rid of the black bar that runs down the left side of the notification Window ? It only appears when I'm using a high contrast theme. I want the whole window to be the dark gray next to it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Never mind. I removed notifications and action center via Group Policy, since I never use it anyway.
