    Welcome to tenforums.

    I have looked through the group policy editor options for you (Win 10 Pro) and found this - if you don't have Pro, the registry equivalent may well work:

    Thank you for your reply. I can confirm that enabling the policy and restarting explorer or rebooting has no effect.

    Time to use the Feedback Hub app and report that to MS. Seems like bug found.

    i enabled the policy and It actually worked but I want to remove the whole bar not just the File button XD
