Settings App title bar color
Windows 10; 1909. I set "Settings > Personalize > Colors > Choose your color" to dark and the Settings App's title bar is black like background, how do I change it?

I know this is an old thread - I came to it trying to increase my understanding.
Earlier today I accidentaly completely inverted the colors and nowadays (20 years on) do not panic quite as much when something accidentally happens, as I can usually find someone to ask if a general search does not bring up the information needed.
I found out about changing the colotrs in the personalistaion and cjhose what I want and miraculously (to me) it reverted to balck on white rather than white on black.
I am - for future reference trying to understand what I did and this thread seems to explain the issue at least a little.
So thank you.
A big problem for me is knowing the KEY word to use - in this case it seems INVERT - someho a Magnifer program became involved - that looks useful - but again I do not understand it.
Another point is using American spellings of words like PROGRAM (not programme) and COLOR (colour)
I suppose what I am after now is a general discussion on these issues - somehow especially for a neurogically disabled person like me it is difficult to make proper connections with others - or the connections I make are lost in the myriad of places I seem to be involved with simultaneoulsy on the internet.
I shall stop now - no response needed.
I find to write a response - helps me formulate my thoughts, though I recognise that simultaneously I may confuse others - in which case - I offer my apologies.
THE END
I know you said no response is required but I think you may have gone to the Ease of Access page in Settings. You can turn on a Magnifier and use Color filters (Inverted) from this page.
