I can only suggest that you try once more from the beginning, but this time check that a new entry has been created in that registry tree.

So first look carefully at the numbered list- take a screenshot for yourself; do the work with the folder in explorer, then launch the registry editor and check the changes in the numbered list.

If there's not a new highest number (your 5000 sounds high) then something's not working.
I think that's not the right one to look at as you said it's always the highest.

You need to find one that's newly created. Guessing, the list ends in the hundreds, and you need to look at the last one in that range.

That indicates that you have reached the max number of saved views and every time a view is saved, another must be deleted. You will lose all saved views, but you should refresh things by deleting:

Partially I succeeded.
The view of search result is "details" for all foldertypes I tested.
The wished columns conform only when searched in documents.

only if I search in Pictures and in folders, which have no content classification
not in Documents, Music, Videos, Downloads

I applied the method to create the key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags\AllFolders\Shell\{7FDE1A1E-8B31-49A5-93B8-6BE14CFA4943}
in a subfolder of Pictures

I also tried to detect the secrets with Process Monitor, but it is too much cryptically.

Did you look at the post I linked to in my earlier reply? The post you linked to is on the right track but also confused and wrong on a few points.

If you start with this, you can modiy the mode for the Pictures.Serach Resuts and add tthe ColInfo value (and perhaps other) from a folder witht he layout you desire. The registry export you posted only has a template set for the Generic.SearchResults folder ({7FDE1A1E-8B31-49A5-93B8-6BE14CFA4943}), so iff that has the columns you want for all your search results folders you copy it all of them:
