    Desktop themes

    I can't apply windows themes to my desktop, it keeps black though I have selected different themes in "personalize".

    Hello Rlyon, and welcome to Ten Forums.

    It sounds like you may have the Remove background images (where available) box checked in Ease of Access Center. If so, then unchecking it and applying should sort this for you. :)

It used to be in Personalization under themes. It permitted you to open the current theme and edit (add or remove pictures) from the theme. The function seems to have been left out in Windows 10, and was available in previous Windows versions.
