Can I set up my own icons on W 10 desktop?

Can I use my own icons on W 10 dsktop? See above image.

Attached is an image of a W10 desktop vs the images I have created on My W7. I have a vision problem & created my own icons & descriptions for my desktop & folder icons & even colorized many of my most used/critical files are organized to fit my business process. This allows me to zip thru Terabits of disparate data in NY minute.

PS: If you view this web page from 18" to 24"' you will see what I mean. My laptop has a 17" screen & desktop is 27"

if you want customize win 10 start menu tiles you can use "TileIconifier". i already used it in win 10 1703. but i dont know it is still working in new win 10 versions.
