Change some font sizes without changing others.

I've been trying to make Windows 10 readable. I've managed to change all except the ribbon and status bar. These seem to be at about 6, but I can't really tell without the setting box. I'm trying to include an example screen clip. I want to match all the font sizes to the larger. Sometimes I can change a font but another goes with it. I just want these two changed. I'm using Win 10-64 1903. Thanks for any info.

    Thanks, but nothing changed.

Thanks, but nothing changed. The trouble started with Winaero and the registry keys didn't change what I'm to change.

    Chuck,

Have you already tried System Font Size Changer from the tutorials I posted to see how it may work for you?

    Tried this

I've already tried this. It changed almost everything. The menu ribbon is still microscopic. There is an advanced version of System Font Size Changer that will change Fonts and a few other things. That is what got me this far. Just need the ribbon menu. Thanks for your time on this.

I think only changing the DPI will affect that, but it will also affect everything.

    Giving up on this one.

Nothing is working. I'll just live with it.

Changing to a higher DPI doesn't make it larger?
