How to remove this form windows explorer?

I am not sure what do I call them, basically it's some MS bloat I would like to remove.

    Welcome to TenForums waleedov.

Have you just upgraded to Windows 10? Perhaps from Windows 7?

No, it's not 'bloat', but it is a different way of working. In Windows 10 the File Explorer (new name, was called 'Windows Explorer' in W7) has a tabbed Ribbon Bar rather than a Menu bar to access most functions. When you have a disk selected in Explorer you'll see 'Manage' as one of the options. Click the 'Manage' tab and the Ribbon offers the functions appropriate to managing a disk, like Defrag or Disk Clean-up.

Your Ribbon is currently hidden and only appears if you click a tab. You can set it to always be visible, which may help you to get used to using it.

    You're welcome

Was I correct in guessing you've just 'arrived' from Windows 7?

No, I have been using Win10 for 2 years now, but I think I missed the part when the name was changed to "File Explorer"

I actually don't mind the tabs or the ribbon bar. I am only looking to remove "Quick Access Toolbar", which is useless for me and looks bad visually. MS can't even do a proper shadow around the dividers.

If you went to 10 from 7 skipping over 8/8.1 you would have missed it. There's still places where Microsoft has chosen to not make all the changes.

I don't think you can remove it completely unless you use 3rd-party tools like OldNewExplorer that can make it look just like the old Win7 Explorer. That perhaps is overkill for your question, but you can customise it to make it more useful. I have added Undo and Redo to mine.
