I set the Background picture to change every day. However the picture is changing in shorter intervals of time. Does anyone had this issue?
The symbol of Windows also turned black. I remember it was blue some time ago. Does Windows changed it?
Are you running any programs that edit the user interface in Windows? Not normal behavior unless the user has made changes.
I am not using any program that edits the user interface in Windows as far as I know. I attach a picture where you can see the current setting

Through internet research I found out that with the light theme it is normal the start windows icon is black. It change the color once the mouse arrow is move on top of it.
Due to a ongoing issue with Dark Theme. 1903 was to fix issues with 1809 but just created more for some users of certain hardware. 20h1 is supposed to fix and create new issues with 1809 and 1903.
I just stick with the Light Theme on all devices regardless of the OS. Even MacOS and iOS are having issues with the Dark Theme, due in part that the code is not behaving with Light Theme has always been the default for all OS’s and the code is going to have to be overhauled for all to get this to work correctly in the GUI’s.
More like for all OS vendors “When we release a major release, we will try to fix.”. The main issue is that Sales wants one thing and the Engineers are telling Sales that their goals are not going to work with the current state of the OS.
