For a legacy program I am using, I need a monospace TrueType font with codepage 437 (or 850). I would like a sans serif font if possible. Does anyone know of such a font (or how one could rearrange another font to CP437)?

I don't know if this below may help any, but you might take a look to see.
The only monospaced TrueType fonts shipped by Microsoft are Courier New, which shipped with Windows 3.1, and Lucida Sans Typewriter, which was included in the TrueType Font Pack. All other TrueType fonts included with Windows 3.1 and the TrueType Font Pack are proportional fonts.

I found this below where you can look through to download monospaced fonts from.
Consolas font is already in Windows. Use fonts.google.com to download fonts from. For the old IBM-PC fonts, you can get from The Ultimate Oldschool PC Font Pack: The Fonts! or VGA DOS TTF FONT 437 - Ultimate Oldschool PC Font Pack v1.0 : https://int10h.org/oldschool-pc-fonts/ : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive
