Can No Longer Change Menu fonts or Desktop icon fonts ?

Although it wasn't nearly as good as the days of changing the system font, there was an area where one could change the size and style (bold, italicized etc) for menus, context menus etc. I can no longer find any way to do this. Is there a way? I'm assuming one still can't just change the system font and I'm finding it harder than ever to obtain easily readable text without distorting the size of everything by excessive scaling.

I've been living in peaceful ignorance for a while and I've been able to read my screen. Then came the update...

    Thanks.

    Hello mig,

If you wanted to change the default system font, you still can in Windows 10 using option 1 in the tutorial below.

You would just need to use a font with the style you want.
