    How to reset windows transparency?

I have different transparency on taskbar and startmenu after trying this instruction:

Increase Taskbar Transparency in Windows 10 Using Registry Tweak

I tried change "UseOLEDTaskbarTransparency" to "0", and delete DWORD. but it didnt change to default taskbar transparency. Any way i can reset this? I Have this problem about one month.

Hello ripper, and welcome to Ten Forums.

Did you sign out and sign in or restart the computer afterwards to apply?

In addition, did you change the color settings below back to how you wanted?

In that case, double check to make sure you have transparency effects turned off to see if that may what you're seeing still.

Are you just wanting to change the color of the taskbar?

If so, what color? Default black?

No, transparency. Its different on start menu and taskbar. If i disable transparency, i can see a different color on the taskbar and start menu

Ok. I see what you mean now.

This is normal. The color you selected will be a bit lighter on the Start menu and Action Center compared to the taskbar so they will stand out from the taskbar.
