Pinning .msc Items to "Start".
Ok so, I know that I can right click on something in the Start Menu and click "Pin To Start". . . Is there any possible way that I could pin "gpedit.msc" to Start?

Yes, you can but it's unnecessarily convoluted.
1. Create a shortcut to gpedit.msc - rename it to 'Group Policy Editor Snapin' (or whatever you want)
2. Move that shortcut to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs (assuming you're using the default location)
3. Now you'll have 'Group Policy Editor Snapin' in your 'All Apps' list on the Start Menu (in the recently added apps space at the top)
4. Right-click on 'Group Policy Editor Snapin' in 'All Programs' and click 'Pin to Start'
5. Profit
