Adjust Transparency on Windows 10 May 2019 1903

After updating to 1903 I thought the transparency had been broken. After doing some research I figured out this was intentional. There still is a transparency effect but its 10X more blurred and makes my dark near black theme just look gray. I dislike it very much in every spot it is used. Searching around I found plenty of people like me thinking it was broken only to figure out or be told it was intentional.

Is there a simple reg hack to use the old style?

Something like this: (No longer works with 1903)
How to Increase the Transparency of Windows 10 Start Menu and Taskbar

I've tried a few apps but not had good luck. Many dont work at all and I get nervous one of them will do some real damage because it was not designed for this build.

Would much prefer a simple reg hack that changes the system blur level of Acrylic. Anyone know how to do this?

Same question here. No answers yet. Since they separate the start menu to a separated process from explorer.exe that tricks don't work anymore.

    See Aeroglass..
Aeroglass now available for build 1903

The appearance of the borders is somewhat configurable- colours, degree of transparency, rounded or not etc.
