Hi, you could create a new library, move the content of the old one to it, then delete the original...
E.g.
Create New Library in Windows 10
Add or Remove Music Library in Windows 10
For more see
Windows 10 Tutorial Index
But note: if you change the default libraries, you may find that programs assume they are present.
You might like to experiment by creating a new user for test purposes, then play with that user's libraries.
As of May 2020, I've found that this worked:
Instead of trying to rename from Quick Access or This PC which for me opens by default when opening File Explorer (which doesn't provide an option to rename a user folder) instead open:
This PC> Windows (C:) > Users> username
Then right-click on the user folder name you want to change and the "rename" option will now appear in the menu.
