Unable to remove duplicate Win10 Lock Screen image

Is there a way to remove the duplicate Win10 Lock Screen image as shown here in my image?
    Guess I did something wrong...

How can I remove it from the Settings\Personalization\Lock Screen

No, you did nothing wrong. All you did was browse and choose an image to use. The five images shown in settings are the most recent five you have chosen, the newest on the left. The default set of images....

...were pre-loaded when Windows was installed to give you a starting point. You are free to browse and choose any image you want, each new one will be added at the left, pushing the previous ones one space to the right. If you really want to go back to the original set, browse to C:\Windows\Web\Screen and select each image in turn (in reverse order, starting with img104.jpg) until you have recreated the original list.

Thanks, I got it working to its defaults again.

This leads me to my next question. I want to make the Lock Screen to have the Windows 10 image.
I already located the one that I would like in C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Windows\img0.jpg and would like to use that as my Lock Screen image. How can I set this for ALL users, in other words, computer wide so it would set this lock screen image for ALL users?

I went to the Group Policy setting as shown in the attached image and I set to point to that directory and would not take effect even after a reboot several times.

Do you have Pro? I'm afraid that policy says in the note at the bottom:

"This setting only applies to Enterprise, Education and Server..."

I got it to set manually, so no big deal. Thanks.

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\SystemData\SystemData\S-1-5-21...\ReadOnly

You see two folders LockScreen_X - there are pictures inside

Of course, a bit of fun in taking over ownership and granting full powers must be.

At the end, you must reset the permissions.
Otherwise, it will not be possible to change the image.

    C:
    cd C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\SystemData
    icacls * /T /Q /C /RESET

    IMO -

The way that Microsoft implemented manipulation of Login/Lock Screen/background images is very sloppy.
Took me some time to understand their twisted logic.

    FWIW.
