I especially like the watery footsteps, very unusual.

The Southern Viscacha looks like a cross between a rabbit and a mouse.

This is really just a mock up of what I proposed to Microsoft. The taskbar could (should?) be rebranded as Quick Access and the File Explorer Quick Access be returned to Home. The taskbar is configured to autohide, giving a bit more real estate.

It would be cleaner if I could lose the text under the shortcuts and make them smaller ... and group them ala Android or Bits taskbar and slide them left or right to add more "groups" - but that's the best I can do with what is currently available. This would go a long way to 'solving' the Start thingy. There would be no start, only All Apps (or Installed Apps ala Android) and your 'deskTop / phoneTop / tabletTop' Frequently Used Apps (FUA)

.... I know, I know, don't start screwing around with Start! But c'mon, it's time to do something new (Win8 missed the mark). At least MS should make something like this available - the diehards who just have to have a tiny list of applications should also get what they want, but not as the default (sorry boys and girls - you flip a switch and there ya go- that tiny list is all yours)
