Just give me and the artist/devs time to learn and adjust thoroughly to 10, then Xzibit will come to me to pimp his desktop LOL.

Thank's man. Now I got the base down, I can work on fine tuning. I have a system image of Win10 unthemed as a base, now I'm going to create an image folder for theme images... i.e. before each further step, when I have something how I want it, I make an Image to avoid starting totally over. For example we now know O.N.E(OldNewExplorer) is a big time no go. I'm debating to try Transparency, because on my laptop during the Preview's it left ghosting after closing a window. But my desktop has a dedicated graphics card, albeit a lower middle class one(AMD Radeon R5 235 ) maybe there is a chance it might work. The only change to the system is a reg file addition to "set at boot".

Some changes to the basic theme using Windows 10's personalization app. I call it:

Tried some themes recommended by MS (More themes online) but I think there will have to be more fine tuning in windows itself to make them successful. Colors at toolbar and in some programs tend to break thru in menu bars and it's base color.

It is nice! I had to add UXStyle though!
Hyperlink panes remain white with the links themselves light grey.
I added the gold, the theme comes with black title bars but white text!

I tried attaching the theme files to my post as stated in the tutorial, but the forum rejected them as too big, so I up'd them to my Dropbox.
All images are 3840x2160 high res .jpg's. Accent color picked from background.

    Enjoy!
