Nice Jeff. That's one thing I miss here in Germany. Lakes. In New Hampshire where I'm from we've got water every where
The state of New Hampshire lists 959 lakes in it's "Official List of Public Waters." This is a list of bodies of water greater than 10 acres
My grandparents had a summer cottage on a lake, and I spent most of my summers with them there swimming and fishing, and chopping wood.

That's a shame.. I love lakes and it's fun to take a small sail boat out on one. My dad's friend had a sunfish and that was a blast to sail!

HAAAA! I haven't seen a Sunfish in years. I learned to sail one at summer camp back in 1978 at Camp Winnipesaukee.

    Nice one Bunny.

I envy you Cliff. Have lived in flat old Kansas since 1950.

Sailing and canoeing is the only things left on to do list. I always wanted to go to Minnesota, rent a cabin on a no motor boat lake and canoe. And enjoy the quiet.

I have never seen so many icons on a desktop. I guess that is one way to get around the Start screen.

Gary, about the icons, couldn't they put them in a folder in documents then add it to the tool bar as a "new tool bar". They could put several on there, I have 2 folders as a quick launch, one for games and one for tools. That is what I have been doing since the quick launch was done away with.

Sumpthin different again, that is to say,
if the Start Menu is going to stay transparent, I'd like it to look decent with the desktop and be functional and not cumbersome!
(and, of course, my desktop has to be clean!)
