Transparency effects doesnt work for me

i have selected the Transparency effects in: windows settings - personalization - colors - Transparency effects and the preview picture on top shows the Transparency, but it doesnt work on my starmenu, taskbar and action center anyway.

    it looks like this:

i have tried the DISM-tool and after that i did the System File Checker but i got this result: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

what else can i do to fix this?
hope you guys can help me

All you have to do is run the command to re-register all the built in apps.

I searched the internet for you and found a thread where your problem was solved by doing this.

    Have you read the tutorial?

That tells you how to run the command.
Open a Powershell prompt. cut and paste the command, press the Enter key.

According to the image you show, the transparency effects work in your start menu and taskbar, I don't understand well what you refer to, or perhaps that image is not from your OS?

barely..does you startmenu look like that with the transparency effect on? in older versions of win10 it looked much more transparent. take a look at this pics, this is how it looks like when im using a lightgrey theme and also check the preview at the right showing how it should look

Yes, according to your images, the transparency effects are working normally, that's the normal transparency level of Acrylic.

You must remember that the level of that transparency has changed in the different versions of Windows, 1803, 1809 and 1903, also, some programs like Aeroglass can change the blur level of Acrylic.

It seems that you are using some program like Aeroglass that modifies the Acrylic blur level, that level of blur is not normal in version 1809.
