Why is the Windows Spotlight cannot change the picture. Always, have the same picture display when booting up. Moreover, I cannot change the option to enable Spotlight feature in the Settings option.
Need advice form you guys here.

Firefox wouldn't be the issue.
Unfortunately, Windows Spotlight is bad about just not changing the image for a while or breaking, and needs a quick reset to fix.
I've found the fix to Spotlight not working is Windows Store app. you need to launch it and then it would work. make sure the background of Windows Store on Privacy>Background app is enabled.
