I cannot select start, taskbar, & action center in color settings.

Upgraded to 1903 today & same issue with taskbar, a little clicking around & I discovered setting the default Windows mode to Dark and default app mode to Light fixed my problem.

Yes, but that only works if Windows mode is "Dark". I prefer "Light" but want my color selection (a light green) applied to the task bar.

Thank you! This solved the problem for me. I'd spent quite a while trying to fix it before coming across your suggestion.
