    Customizing windows 10 taskbar labels

I was curious as to if it's possible with apps such as chrome to change the display for the currently open tab to instead just say "Google Chrome"

As seen here it shows the entire tab label or as much of it as it can show without cutting it off, so far i haven't been able to find anything on this.

    Cheers for reading.

    Update -
i made a bit of progress having switched over to firefox now essentially using a tab renamer tool i can have it as a blank emoticon as the page title which forces it to display as "Mozilla Firefox" rather than the title the issue with this is the limitation of each page has to be Favorited for it to stick.
    Side note -
if anyone knows if it's possible to rename tabs via the css (userchrome) that'd help a lot.
