Loss of screensaver - focus issue?

For the last couple of weeks something has happened where my PC randomly(?) drops back to the desktop from my screensaver having the display 'off'. I have focus assist set for 'priority only' but sometimes when I notice the display 'ON' and I select the 'notification' area at the lower right of the screen, the focus section displays 'alarm only' instead of 'priority only'.

I used the program called 'focus.exe' which is supposed to show what application is dropping focus, and I thought MalwareBytes might be the culprit, so I disabled the execute. That seemed to stop things for a day but now I'm right back to the same issue.

This time 'focus.exe doesn't show anything happening except Explorer dropping to the desktop. I've run virus/rootkit/malware scans and they all come up clean.

I'm on Win 10 Pro 64bit version 1809 build 17763.253 with updates KB4480116, KB4480979, and KB4480056 being installed on 1/18/19. Has anyone else encountered their display randomly dropping the screensaver back to the desktop?

After disabling different apps I discovered the issue to be with Razor's Cortex and Synapse applications. Once disabled, the issue I had disappeared. Will pose this problem to Razor.

I have not used a screen saver in years. When LED Flat screens were developer in rendered them useless. But I guess some users still like them or have old Monitors.
