How to edit "All apps" icon and text in Windows 10 Start Menu

    Hello

I wonder if there is a way (through editing system files or registry) to change Windows 10 Start Menu "All apps" to something else like "My Programs". Also where is the icon file located in the system and how to change the default icon.

    Thanks!

You can change icons by going to properties for the shortcuts. All apps is combined with shortcuts from these two folders:

    C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

The icons are cached, so you won't see the changes right away.

Unfortunately, the "All apps" itself has no shortcut in those folders, just like "Power". These two buttons are somehow different
