    Change "Modern" context menu

    Hi,
as you might have noticed, windows 10 has 2 different looks for the context menu, the usual one you see rightclicking on files and most applications, and a new terribly horrifying and pointlessly spacetaking modern one which appears rightclicking on the taskbar, on edge webpages and somewhere else. These new ones have a TON of vertical spacing and padding, opposed to the more classic one which efficiently used screen space.
Is there a way to resize the look of the modern one to make it look like the classic one, or is it hardcoded?

That doesn't seem to affect taskbar's and edge's context menu...
