How to remove question mark / get help button from Explorer windows?

When you open this pc / my computer, there's a blue question mark icon which I don't have the use for. Is there some tweak that will get rid of it?

How do you do that?
Is there a way to remove the button in file explorer/many of the other windows? : windows

... maybe... and on every update that updated explorer.exe, that would need to be redone.

You can't get rid of it, but you can mask it with a blank icon...

'Customizer God' does the trick but, use it at your own risk!
