Yes, that's the one. You should also be able to go straight to that by clicking on the WiFi icon Remove Airplane mode and Mobile hotspot from WiFi menu-image.png in the notifications area. It's the OP that has an issue with that one. They want those tiles removed completely, not just greyed out. Personally I don't think that is possible without some seriously deep registry hacks, maybe not even then. Hacking the executables would be a step too far IMHO.
