If I try to use "Settings > Personalization > Colors > Custom Color", the color dialog opens and then the Settings window closes after a few seconds. I have tried this in high contrast and it does the same thing.

I have the same problem, but only when I'm using a custom display scaling. Still, I need the custom scaling, so this problem is very annoying. Can anyone help?
I already ran the SCF command, nothing was found. It seems to be a bug. It wasn't on my PC from the beginning, but started after I changed the scaling to default and then back. Now I cannot customize colors anymore, the Settings app crashes almost instantly.

tummi, you are right. I have my display set at 118%, if I set it to one of the default resolutions (100, 125, 150, 175) then the custom color works. When are they going back to XP, a real OS?
