Still waiting for a solution... regardless what I do, I get the stock image on the first login after reboot... when I login and then lock, the picture is correctly being used, I set in the lockscreen settings.
"Starting in Windows 10 "19H1", the sign-in screen shows its background image with the blur effect applied. Many users are not happy with this change. Finally, Microsoft has provided a way to get rid of it."
