Try this : Hide or Show Taskbar on Multiple Displays in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

Basically, right click on taskbar, select "taskbar settings" and then turn on "Automatically hide the taskbar" in the settings window that pops up.

    You are welcome.

Note you also have to move your mouse pointer away - the taskbar will reappear if you put your pointer near where the taskbar normally is and then disappear if you move your pointer away.

A tip: you might see a faint vertical bar at the extreme right end of the Taskbar, that is called Peek and moving the mouse over it will make the open programs faint so the icons on the Desktop can be seen. Clicking it will Minimize all open programs, clicking again will restore them IF no operation has been performed while minimized. That also can be turned off.

Thanks for the tips. By the way this is not annoying thing and never thought about it. But for knowledge purpose i would like to know how to disable it.

Right-click a blank area of the Taskbar and choose Taskbar settings, lots of things there to work with including toggling On or Off of the Peek feature.

You can also make taskbar transparent, along with hiding it, to make it less disturbing.
