    Taskbar wont hide completely.

    Hi,
It seems like my taskbar is not centered correctly, and it wont hide completely.
I always get that annoying line showing the top of the taskbar when it's supposed to be completely hidden.

I'm not sure if it's related but i also get a white line at the right corner when the task bar is showing.

Is there any way to move the task bar manually to "re-center" it ?

Hi, the small rectangle to the right is the Peek or Show desktop area- if you mouse over it windows become empty frames so you can see the desktop (unless this feature is disabled in Settings).

    Try

Sorry, no ideas on your other issues.

I've seen a similar issue and since the Taskbar extends full width left to right or up and down depending upon which orientation one is using, that partial whitish bar suggests to me there is something minimized that the Taskbar would normally hide, something that was dragged down out of the way and stayed there. As a diagnostic I'd right-click the Taskbar and Unlock it then grab/click in the middle of it and move to left, right or top edge of the screen, see if the white goes with it.

If you have a window largely off screen it may show up if you try ALT TAB

    Thanks for the answers fellas,
here is what i get when i place the taskbar vertically.

The good thing is the taskbar hides completely when it's unlocked vertically but the bad thing is that i have three ugly lines next to the icons...
The only way i found to completely hide the taskbar when it's unlocked horizontally is to change my screen resolution in the display settings.
But i don't like that resolution so i guess i'll just have to get used to the fact that my taskbar wont hide completely when it's unlocked horizontally...
