    schedual a task to run a program within a program

    task scheduler is easy to use up to a point for those who can fathom the basics. My problem is I am using SyncToy for backing up to my home server. Whilst I can task SyncToy to run how do I get it to open and then run a program within , ie "run all folder pairs"
    Any help would be appreciated

    I quote what seems a relevant URL for anyone looking at this
    Download SyncToy 2.1 from Official Microsoft Download Center

    Supported Operating System:

    Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP

    Isn't this outdated?

    @alexanderd

    Sync Toy is a great tool, I use it as well. Perhaps this article from HTG will pertain. Since Sync Toy is a Win 7 era little gem, the title of the article refers to Win 7, but the process is the same.
