Did you install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant? It seems to tag along if an option box is checked.

If you uninstall the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant, it may go away.

Good call! A intel mod on their forums asked me to run that to send a sysinfo file to them troubleshooting an igpu driver issue. It wasn’t an install I don’t think. Purely a run exe type thing.

Still it’s not on my pc anymore as I deleted it but that remains. I’ll look into revo and see if it bears fruit.

Thank you! And again will report back :)

whelp, i looked in revo uninstaller and I dont see it anywhere. This is obnoxious. How can it be buried so deep and in such an obscure way that it cant be found via any of the conventional means? Aggravating......

    taking any other ideas/suggestions :)

i really had high hopes w/ that too ><

Did you try the Forced Uninstall option in Revo? Only there if you installed the Revo Trial. You type in the object name, and it searches.

the exact control panel entry states 32 bit so id assume it would be one of the ones labeled as such if any. I obviously dont want to remove chipset drivers, nor IME, nor graphics drivers, nor network connections, nor XTU.

Not sure what that leaves me >.<

    Instead of just Intel(r), try

    Intel Product Improvement Program

I kinda lost track, do you want to get rid of the whole Intel Support stuff?

    use

    Intel Driver & Support Assistant

In the regular display, do you see either or both of these?

    @klepp0906

I have an idea, don't laugh.....

If you were to install the latest Intel Support and Upgrade Assistant, and click the opt-in for Improvement Program, all the pieces would be there and correct (even though you don't want it). Then, Revo would show it normally as a product to be un-installed (like in the pics I posted). Un-install them, choosing the Advanced button, and all traces should be gone.

Lol not gonna laugh. Sounds feasible enough. Let me give that a rip and report back :). It’ll be a minute. Dinner for the kiddos incoming

And no I actually see neither of those entries.

Now go to Revo and send them both to the bit bucket!
