Dark Theme won't work on build 1803

Hey guys, just updated to windows 10, Build 1803. I was really pumped on the new Dark Theme offered by Windows but it only partially works. When I select dark theme, the settings window (and some other apps) will turn dark, but File Explorer and everything else does not. Anyone else having this issue? and if you haven't tried dark theme yet, will you? Right click desktop > Personalize > Colors > Scroll down and click choose Default App mode: Dark.

The File explorer dark theme is on the Insider builds(RS5), not 1803.

Has MS given any indication when Dark Theme will be released to those of us who are not Insiders? Like, in days, months or years? Just curious. I use Stylus on browsers and keep everything darker, and it works well.

Can I assume that you are already using the Dark Apps mode, (At bottom of the Colors system page), that makes all the Windows Apps and system screens appear dark grey? I find that solves a few things - but as for the full dark skin that works for the whole system I would expect that for Next march release although there is also a chance that it will be included in this fall's Redstone 5, but this is dependent of feedback for Insiders

Yes, I am using Dark Mode as you posted. Thanks for your for your input - guess I will just have to wait - Fall or even March isn't that far away.
