How do I change max icon Size to 512x512?

I have all my gams in separate folder set to display Extra Large Icon Size. Is there any way to increase it further? And I'm not talking about "Scale Layout" in Display Settings, because that does nothing to increase the icon size. I downloaded 512x512 icon sizes and I want Windows 10 to display 512x512 icons. Please help.

Since the Start menu and the Tiles do not have a Properties item on the right-click context menu it may be difficult. One way, albeit tedious, would to be to locate the .exe file that runs programs, right-click each and choose Send To, choose Desktop (create shortcut) then go to its Properties and change the icon to what you have created at the desired size. Once completed you may be able to right-click and Pin to either Start or Taskbar. Downside of making such a change is the Tiles or Start icon may not be simply deletable, may need to be uninstalled, would have duplicates. And all that doesn't speak to the size would display correctly.

Sorry let me re-clarify. It's shortcuts of my videogames I have all located in one folder on my desktop titled "Games" I have downloaded 512x512 icons and replaced the difficult icons of the executables. However what's the point if have such lovely high quality icons if Windows can't display them in that resolution. The max Windows supports is 256x256 is it not? Mac OS-X supports 512x512 and displays it in that size does it not? Is there some kind of registry edit I can do that will change 256x256 to 512x512 as the max that Windows will display? So that when I set Extra Large Icons it will actually display those icons in more detail. Here is a screen shot of my Folder. See the text of the Final Fantasy Icons? There are lot's of aliasing because Windows is not displaying that icon in a higher resolution other than 256x256. https://s7.postimg.cc/hk407me4p/Untitled.png

FYI, even at 3840x2160 with scaling set to 125% the Icons are the same exact size and resolution.
