Customized trash icon not showing correctly

    I have to revisit this. Everything has been working fine. I've changed the icon a few times; went into registry and made the proper changes there and no problem. Suddenly, today, it has stopped working. Everything is set right. The only thing I have done today as far as the system is allow FULL Control to my User name as instructed so that my RocketDock Stack Docklets didn't keep disappearing every time I restart. So does anyone know what can be the problem now?

    p.s. I just discovered that the default icons won't refresh either!

    I found some start/stop/restart-type of instructions that I tried and they got me going again. Sorry for the bother. Could you maybe check the post I made about permissions problem?

Trash Icon missing

Recently the trash icon changed to what looks like a page. In system settings the icons look correct but do not take effect. I've re-booted this this did not fix the problem.
Time Not Showing Correctly

Since last 2 days, windows time is 6 hours behind then the exact current time. I have to set enable and disable "Set time automatically" to fix this issue, but now everytime I have to follow the same step. What should I do, please help:(
I tried the registry fix that worked last time on Windows 7 to fix this issue of custom icons not automatically changing, but apparently it cropped up again in Windows 10, and is also not fixable via adding the ",0" to the end of the registry entry....
