Thank you very much for your advice.

I am yet to receive the
Spring Creators Update 1803. I did have an update to my "out of the box" Build Version of 1709 on the 10th April 2018, which turned out to be 1709 (OS Build 16299.371) when it installed.

    Pip.
Version 1803 Build 17134.1 is the current IP/Insider Preview, not released to the public yet, as mentioned in many news stories and forums.

You can change it here: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors but you should be aware that changes will affect other areas too:
That's fantastic that you've posted that registry entry. Do you know which of the registry entries will change the color of what Windows XP would call 3D images? i.e. when you open Windows Explorer, what would change color of the column headings (e.g. Name, Date Modified, Type, etc.) . Thanks in advance. Your a wealth of information

Sorry but I think you'd need to install/ modify a theme. Maybe ask here:

Thank you. Sorry for the late response. I had some other computer problems & temporarily gave up on this. I will check this out. Thanks again for your time!
