Clear Recent Files from Quick Access in Default Profile

I am creating a new image but prior to doing CopyProfile, I forgot to clear Recent Files. Now I have these files in the default profile. How do I get rid of them from Quick Access? Registry? Is there a path?

    Hi, from the Tutorial section
    Windows 10 Tutorial Index Tutorials

this may help (however I note you refer to the default profile):

Reset and Clear Recent Items and Frequent Places in Windows 10 Customization Tutorials

If not an immediate solution, the tutorial does give the location of these items, so you could adapt appropriately.

I saw that. Those don't help me. I need a registry location to clear them out or a path and in my default profiles in Recent, there's nothing but those files show up still.

I would suggest looking in the folder...
    C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations

...as that would be the 'template' used to create each new user's
    %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
