Increase & or change the font size of desktop icons

The FONT size of my surface 3 desktop icons needs to be LARGER.

NOTE: do not tell me how to get larger icons
tell me how to get the NAME under the icons LARGER?

Windows 11 was re-installed in late December 2017 so I do not need to go get any updates.
