It is said if you keep your hands clean you can avoid a lot.
Not that I'm about to go around like Sheldon on the Big Bang but I do keep a bottle of that hand sanitizer in the car and when I leave someone's house I use. Hope none of them are the guests lurking on the thread.

I'm not sure, I haven't checked it out, it might be that. I know my Wife said they come in 2 strengths.
BTW, they've updated the pneumonia vaccine at least 2X during the last 3 years. I got the second series & now they have a 3rd, but you can only get them so often. I had to check the health dept to see which one I got.
I try to use those wipes they have at the market & I've started keeping my hands clean in an effort to avoud getting sick.
On thing that doesn't help is all the kiosks at the market that have touch screens. Everyone touching them is bound to spread some bugs. I try to avoid those if I can, but you're exposed everywhere when there's all kinds of button folks have to push nowadays.

Morning Tomcat, wish I would have known about the more powerful version before I got it this year.
For pneumonia, the pharm said if you're under 65, you get it one time before that & then again at 65. Not sure if they changed how often you should get it now.
Didn't help anyway, last year I got pneumonia anyway.
Time for me to get something to eat, think I can stomach something light.
