Open a crap load of tabs all over the place. Here, outside world, anywhere. Then close FF upper right. Don't run CCleaner. Open FF by itself, not thru a link.

I just did that, opened about 20 tabs closed Fx like you said did not run CCleaner and Fx opens as it always does.
