I will not do it anymore. I will post to fill out your specs , if that is done I will offer help. To not even put that you are on Windows 10 and the release is just plain laziness.

It's doing it again.

Every time I click on Network & Internet the Settings freeze up on me and I can't do anything.

I opened my RTM partition and checked for updates. It updated to 16299.15; checked for updates again and got 16299.19.

After that, I used the Internet and Edge (Firefox wasn't installed) and everything worked fine.
