Oho! I've discovered another problem with CBT. It stops CHKDSK from running. It doesn't really do much for me so i'm just as well without it.

You can uninstall it, then reinstall with CBT off Keith if it brothers you. TC wrote a fix for it on the other thread.
No idea why those folks at MR are dragging their feet today.

Actually it's simpler than that you can just use change instead of uninstalling.

I tried that, Keith. It didn't seem to totally take, even after a restart. No explanation.
