Hello Tony, I'm good, thanks. It went OK. I'm no financial planner, lol.
How are you?

LOL. I hear you, but you do ok for yourself, yes?. Not dependent on anyone. Saving for retirement. Financially I did ok. Raised 6 kids. Expensive, but worth it. :)
I'm ok. Busy day. Church and my daughter's moving away get-together. Took a longer nap then planned, but I'm not punching a clock neither. Got my old Acer up and running with a 10CU/Insider dual boot scenario.
I rarely spend any money, everything goes to retirement. My car is the biggest outlay, but I needed a new car, and couldn't see buying an econobox. I don't know how some people do it. Living from paycheck to paycheck, CC debt...what happens when they can't work anymore? Rents are my biggest concern. With how they keep going up, can I afford to live here? Never afford a house here, or within 100-200 miles? It's crazy.
Gonna visit daughter in winter I take it? :)

Yes, everyone is born with one problem that arises as an adult > Cash flow problem. My kids struggle raising theirs, although knock on wood they all have jobs with a son in his own business and do ok. Difficult to get ahead. The government doesn't make it easy for sure.
Not sure about this winter, but as soon as I get this house finished I'm selling out, buy an RV, and hit the road for at least a year or so. Relatives and friends all over the country now. I'll decide where I end up after that. It'll be south somewhere for sure. Done with the cold and snow.
Good morning, Keith.
If you have no hold on your area, then that works. I guess if you are mobile, you can always come back. If my whole family wasn't here, a move somewhere else might be the thing. I am spoiled by the weather here, but the cost of living is
