Cyndi planted some arugula. We're hoping it isn't as bitter as that we got at the grocery store. Even Barry, her English Lop, turned his nose up at it.

Only if you eat the very fattest parts. I only use the small pork loin roasts and boneless pork chops; there's not much fat there, and I trim any I find before I cook it.

Edit: IOW, no bacon. Which is heresy for most here, including myself. But I eat it occasionally.
