Interesting results I've been getting with MalwareBytes on its scanning times lately.
If it does its automatic scan it takes 2.44 mins to scan.
If I do a manual scan, it takes .44 sec's

manual scans have a higher priority unless you set this.

Thanks Keith, that has to be the answer then, as mine is set to option 1 :) Which I will leave it set on.

That switch was added a couple of releases back because some people were complaining that MB3 was a resource hog when run manually.
